OBJECTIVES
(1) To improve the knowledge and capabilities of concerned local government officials and employees, civic leaders and other community stakeholders, in handling preparatory strategies and measures to mitigate the ill effects of any impending disaster or calamity.
(2) To better equip the emergency rescue personnel and community volunteers with the proper skills and inputs in handling first aid, rescue and other life and death cases brought about by disasters and calamities.
